°. Cuando el, instrumento no es pagadero a su presentación, ésta debe hacerse el día de su vencimiento. Cuando sea pagadero a su presentación, ésta debe hacerse dentro de un tiempo razonable después de expedido, salvo el caso de una letra de cambio, en el cual la presentación para el pago será suficiente si se hace en un tiempo razonable después de la última negociación de la letra.
