Condiciones técnico-mecánicas. El artículo 38 de la Ley 336 de 1996, quedará así: "Artículo 38. Los equipos destinados a la prestación del servicio público de transporte deberán reunir las condiciones técnico-mecánicas establecidas para su funcionamiento. Sin perjuicio de las normas sobre la materia, las autoridades competentes en cualquier tiempo podrán ordenar la revisión para determinados casos."
