° Cédese al Municipio de Cartagena, la zona de la antigua carrilera del Ferrocarril Cartagena-Calamar, que se encuentra dentro del perímetro de la ciudad, desde el kilómetro 3-500 hasta el cruce de la vía férrea con la carretera de La Cordialidad. La entrega de dicha zona se hará al Municipio mediante Acta que deberán firmar el Personero Municipal de Cartagena y un comisionado del Administrador General de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
