° Cada Facultad será dirigida por un Decano, un Consejo y Secretario. El Decano será elegido por el Consejo Directivo de la Universidad, de la terna presentada por el Rector. El Consejo de cada Facultad se compondrá de cinco (5) miembros, así: el Decano, que será su Presidente; dos profesores, nombrados por el Consejo Directivo de la Universidad; un Profesor, nombrado por el profesorado respectivo, y un estudiante que reúna las condiciones exigidas para el representante de los estudiantes en el Consejo Directivo. El período de los miembros del Consejo, distintos del Decano, será de un año.
