Tanto las reuniones de los Comités Ejecutivos de las Federaciones de Trabajadores para la elección de los delegados a las Asambleas Regionales, como las de los delegados para elegir los representantes de los trabajadores en las juntas directivas de los Fondos Regionales, deberán ser vigiladas por un representante del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, y las actas de estas reuniones serán autenticadas por dicho representante para los efectos previstos en este Decreto.
