º . Participación de la entidad territorial en la distribución de las regalías para el sector minero y de hidrocarburos. El cálculo de dicha participación se hará por medio de la siguiente fórmula y convenciones: %D = (%Y + %P) / 2 donde, %D: Porcentaje de la participación de regalías y compensaciones para cada entidad territorial, generadas por la explotación del yacimiento mineral o de hidrocarburos. %Y: Porcentaje del área del yacimiento mineral o de hidrocarburos que corresponde a cada entidad territorial. %P: Porcentaje de la producción que corresponde a cada entidad territorial.
