Art. 112. Ningún empleado nacional tiene derecho á habitar gratuitamente en edificio de la Nación.

Parágrafo

De esta disposición se exceptúan el Presidente de la República, y además los empleados de manejo á quienes el Poder Ejecutivo, por motivos indispensables del servicio, tenga á bien permitir que habiten en los edificios en que estén sus respectivas oficinas.
