ARTICULO 242. Afiliación y cotización de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, contribuirán para el sostenimiento de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares con un treinta por ciento (30%) del primer sueldo básico, como cuota de afiliación, con una cuota mensual equivalente al ocho por ciento (8%) del respectivo sueldo básico.
