Cuando se requiera trasladar personal accidentado o lesionado a la institución prestadora de servicio de salud, debe realizarse en un equipo de transporte acondicionado y adaptado para el traslado del afectado en forma segura. El titular del derecho minero, el explotador minero y el empleador minero podrá realizar convenios para tener a disposición ambulancias o tener una propia.
