ARTICULO 192 . Notificación en estrados . Las providencias que se dicten en el curso de cualquier diligencia relacionada con ésta, se considerarán notificadas en ella aunque no hayan concurrido los sujetos procesales, siempre que se hayan respetado las garantías fundamentales.
