El tiempo servido en cualquier época en el Colegio de San Simón se tendrá en cuenta como servido a la Nación. La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social tomará a su cargo las prestaciones de los empleados de San Simón que, al entrar en vigencia esta Ley, reúnan los requisitos legales para obtener su pensión de jubilación, y esta misma entidad asumirá el pago de las pensiones que venía cubriendo el plantel.
