Decomiso . El decomiso de objetos y productos consiste en su aprehensión material cuando éstos no cumplan con los requisitos, normas o disposiciones sanitarias. Los bienes decomisados serán entregados en depósito a la autoridad sanitaria, la que responderá por su cuidado y conservación en los términos de la ley. Esta medida estará vigente hasta cuando concluya el procedimiento sancionatorio respectivo.
