Art 4 .° Si un alumno del Liceo gana cursos de los que, según el plan de estudios, hacen parte de una de las facultades universitarias, le valdrán si llega á pasar á la de Filosofía y Letras, á la de Derecho, á la de Medicina ó á la de Ingeniería, siempre que lo haga con la mismas condiciones que se exigen á los que hacen en la Escuela de Filosofía y Letras.
