º. Modifícase el inciso 2 del artículo 30 del Decreto 948 de 1995, de la siguiente manera: "Artículo 30. Quemas abiertas en áreas rurales. Las quemas abiertas en áreas rurales que se hagan para la preparación del suelo en actividades agrícolas, el descapote del terreno en actividades mineras, la recolección de cosechas o disposición de rastrojo, estarán controladas y sujetas a las reglas que al efecto establezca el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente".
