Derógase el Decreto 1839 de 1982. Las compañías de autofinanciamiento industrial o de servicios que se hubieran organizado en desarrollo de esta norma, dispondrán de un plazo de 24 meses para liquidarse dentro de un programa de desmonte paulatino de sus captaciones que regulará y vigilará la Superintendencia Bancaria.
