Art. 28. Por regla general, es prohibido pasar herramientas de una Sección á otra, sin orden previa de la Dirección. Sin embargo, los Inspectores pueden entre si prestarse ó cambiarse las herramientas, siempre que estas operaciones se hagan bajo la responsabilidad personal y respondiendo en todo caso al Director del número y clase que hayan recibido de éste.
