La junta tendrá un secretario Tesorero, único funcionario que gozará de remuneración y a quien corresponderá llevar y rendir las cuentas correspondientes al manejo de los Fondos de que trata esta ley. Prestará Fianza en conformidad con las disposiciones del Código Fiscal.

Parágrafo

: El Secretario Tesorero durará en el ejercicio de sus funciones por el tiempo preciso para la inversión de los veinte mil pesos ($20.000), desde el día en que tales fondos se reciban hasta que estén invertidos. La asignación de que disfrute le será fijada por la Junta de que trata el artículo 1º de esta ley.
