De las sanciones disciplinarías. Establecerse las siguientes sanciones disciplinarias para las faltas cometidas por funcionarios del Sistema Nacional de Salud

Amonestación verbal;

Amonestación escrita, con anotación en la hoja do vida del funcionario;

Multa que no exceda de la quinta parte -del sueldo mensual;

Suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por sesenta (60) días sin remuneración;

Destitución.
