º. Autonomía Administrativa. La Dirección Nacional para la Equidad de la Mujer tendrá autonomía administrativa para la designación y administración de su personal, la ejecución de las apropiaciones presupuestales que para ella se prevean y la contratación administrativa, sin perjuicio de las labores de tutela y coordinación que corresponden al Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República.
