Cuando los Administradores de Aduana y demás Jefes de oficinas de manejo objeten los nombramientos que haga el Gobierno, porque a su juicio hayan recaído en personas que estén en los casos del artículo 29 de la Ley que se reglamenta, enviarán inmediatamente al Ministro respectivo los documentos comprobantes de esa circunstancia.
