Al fin de cada mes se pondrá una nota en los respectivos registros expresiva del número de actas registradas. Esta nota será suscrita por el juez del circuito o el juez municipal y el notario o el secretario del Concejo respectivo. Antes de suscribirla los funcionarios judiciales examinaran los registros e impondrán en caso de advertir irregularidades, las sanciones legales.
