De las diligencias de remate se levantará acta en donde consten, el cumplimiento de las disposiciones anteriores y todos los detalles ocurridos en el curso de la subasta. Firmarán el acta el funcionario que realice el remate, su secretario, el representante de la Contraloría que concurra al acto y el adjudicatario de la mercancía. El origial de este documento se remitirá, con sus anexos, al Funcionario Instructor o al Juez en cuyo poder se halle el expediente respectivo.
