Artículo noveno. Las sumas que de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto extraordinario número 891 de 1942, deben cubrir los usuarios de aguas de uso público para pagar el servicio de vigilancia, ingresarán a la Comisión de Aguas, en lo que respecta a la zona de su jurisdicción, para ser invertidas en tales finalidades.
