Art. 2209. El comodatario es obligado a suspender la restitución de toda especie de armas ofensivas i de toda otra cosa de que sepa se trata de hacer un uso criminal, pero deberá ponerlas a disposición del juez.

Lo mismo se observará cuando el comodante ha perdido el juicio, i carece de curador.
