El Gobierno ejercerá en la explotación y administración de toda mina de esmeraldas la inspección necesaria para cerciorarse de la verdad de su producto y poder percibir lo que le corresponde como impuesto.

Parágrafo

En los términos de los dos artículos anteriores queda reformado el artículo 2.° de la citada Ley marcada con el número 40 de 1905.
