La Academia editará en la Imprenta Nacional un Boletín trimestral y establecerá premios anuales para los mejores trabajos que se presenten sobre matemáticas y ciencias físicas y naturales, por medio de concursos que reglamentará la misma Academia y someterá a la aprobación del Ministerio de Educación. El Ministerio procederá a solicitar del próximo Congreso la apropiación, en el Presupuesto, de las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a este artículo.
