Artículo segundo . Los pagarés de que trata el artículo anterior, serán amortizados en un plazo de dos años, contados a partir de la fecha de su emisión, y devengarán intereses a la rata del seis por ciento (6%) anual, pagaderos junto con el principal al vencimiento de éste, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno pueda recogerlos total o parcialmente en cualquier tiempo antes de la fecha señalada para la amortización.
