SOCIEDADES QUE PUEDEN EMITIRLAS.
Las sociedades por acciones podrán emitir acciones con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho a voto, las cuales tendrán el mismo valor nominal de las acciones ordinarias y no podrán representar más del cincuenta por ciento del capital suscrito.
La emisión se hará cuando así lo decida la asamblea general de accionistas.
