Artículo único. Entre las informaciones y publicaciones que prohíbe el artículo 1º del Decreto legislativo número 1504 de 1932, quedan comprendidas todas aquellas que se refieren al Ejército, en cualquiera de sus armas, o a elementos pertenecientes o destinados a él, y las relacionadas, en general, con las medidas que adopte el Gobierno para salvaguardar la integridad nacional.

Parágrafo

Las noticias de esta índole sólo pueden publicarse y darse a conocer con la autorización escrita del Ministerio de la Guerra. Este Decreto regirá desde la fecha. Comuníquese y publíquese.
