Art. 53. Los Agentes postales y los Administradores de Correos podrán acreditar el hecho de haber pedido en tiempo la legalización de los gastos hechos por anticipación, por medio de una relación pormenorizada y autenticada por la primera autoridad política del lugar donde residan, de los documentos ó comprobantes que aquéllos remitieren á los respectivos Ministerios. Los demás responsables podrán comprobar el mismo hecho con una relación igual autenticada por el Agente postal ó por el Administrador de Correos respectivo.
