Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por el señor Wilmar Emilio David Jaramillo, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía No. 98.496.545 expedida en Bello - Antioquia, al cargo de Notario Tercero (3) del Círculo Notarial de Envigado - Antioquia, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

El señor Wilmar Emilio David Jaramillo no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
