Cuando en ejercicio de sus atribuciones los Intendentes resolvieren asuntos que sean materia de consulta ó puedan serlo de apelación uno y otro recurso se surtirán ante el Gobierno; á la aprobación del cual se someterán también los Decretos de los Intendentes sobre creación de los impuestos de que se ha hablado atrás.
