En cumplimiento del artículo anterior, destinase la suma de tres millones quinientos mil pesos ($3.500.000) como contribución de la Nación para las obras de instalación de energía eléctrica y alumbrado público requeridas en el "Barrio Alfonso López Pumarejo" de Cali, urbanización adelantada y sostenida bajo los auspicios exclusivos de la entidad social citada en el artículo 1 ° de esta Ley.
