Informe especial de los administradores de las sociedades del grupo empresarial. Los administradores de la matriz y de las subordinadas de un grupo empresarial deberán presentar un informe a la asamblea general de accionistas o la junta de socios en la que se exprese la intensidad de la relación económica existente entre éstas, el cual debe incluir los aspectos señalados en la ley. Este informe deber ser presentado en la fecha estipulada en los estatutos o la ley para llevar a cabo las reuniones ordinarias. Esta Superintendencia podrá, en cualquier momento, solicitar el informe y constatar la veracidad del contenido del mismo. (Ver Capítulo III de esta circular sobre reuniones de máximo órgano social)
