El Gobernador del Departamento de Bolívar procederá a la escogencia del Notario principal y de los suplentes, para el Circulo Notarial que se crea por esta Ley, de la terna que al efecto deberá presentarle el Tribunal Superior de Cartagena dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la sanción de esta Ley; escogencia o nombramiento que se considerara hecha por el resto del periodo legal en curso.
