ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.10 . AMORTIZACION CON CESANTIA. Los beneficiarios de créditos para la adquisición o construcción de vivienda propia, que tengan derecho a auxilio de cesantía, podrán destinarlo total o parcialmente, para abonar sus obligaciones. El empleador correspondiente deberá, con base en un acuerdo escrito de pignoración, girar a la respectiva corporación de ahorro y vivienda en el mes de enero de cada año el valor de las cesantías causadas y comprometidas hasta el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, bastando únicamente para ello la certificación escrita de la corporación sobre el saldo de la obligación vigente.
