° La nombrada Oficina de Turismo tomará las providencias necesarias, con el apoyo de las autoridades locales, sobre la vigilancia policiva, revisión de tarifas y condiciones de presentación y seguridad de los vehículos, para dar plenas garantías y comodidades en el servicio automoviliario de turismo en la citada ciudad.
