Esta ley empezara a regir inmediatamente que se reforme el artículo 35 del Acto legislativo número 3 de 1910, aumentando el personal de la Corte Suprema en una Sala de tres Magistrados que conozca del recurso de casación que por la presente se crea y reglamenta.
