Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1228 de 2008, y tratándose de predios ubicados sobre corredores viales suburbanos, el otorgamiento de licencias de ampliación de edificaciones existentes deberá respetar la franja de aislamiento y la calzada de desaceleración de que trata el artículo 11 del Decreto 3600 de 2007.
