Mecanismos de participación en la pérdida por parte de la Entidad Estatal asegurada. En el contrato de seguro que ampara la responsabilidad civil extracontractual solamente se pueden pactar deducibles hasta del diez por ciento (10%) del valor de cada pérdida y en ningún caso pueden ser superiores a dos mil (2.000) smmlv. No serán admisibles las franquicias, coaseguros obligatorios y demás formas de estipulación que impliquen la asunción de parte de la pérdida por la entidad asegurada.
