° Antes de declarar fuera del servicio a un trabajador, el superior procederá a concederle las vacaciones a que tuviere derecho, pero cuando su retiro fuere inaplazable, se le otorgará la sustitución de éstos en dinero, previa la reclamación correspondiente.
