Artículo cuarenta y uno. EI Tribunal de Conflictos será convocado por el Ministro de Justicia cada vez que deba resolver sobre un conflicto de competencia entre la Jurisdicción común y la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, dentro de los diez días siguientes a aquel en que reciba el aviso de cualquiera de los organismos en colisión. Si el Ministro no lo convocare, podrá hacerlo el Procurador General de la Nación, de oficio o a solicitud de cualquier ciudadano.
