º. El Gobierno, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto el ordinal b) del artículo 2º del Decreto número 1630 de 1963, garantizará operaciones de crédito, internas y externas, a favor del Instituto, cuando a juicio de aquél fueren convenientes para el fomento de las cooperativas y según las condiciones o reglamentaciones que se establezcan cada caso.
