La suma indicada en el artículo 1° de la presente Ley será entregada al Tesorero General del Departamento del Magdalena para la inversión correspondiente, y este funcionario queda obligado a rendir ante la Contraloría General de la República las cuentas respectivas y todo de acuerdo con la reglamentación que al efecto expida dicha entidad.
