Artículo cuarto. El pago de los auxilios ordenados en el artículo anterior, se efectuará previo el cumplimiento de las normas administrativas y fiscales respectivas, a los siguientes funcionarios: a) 3,1 Tesorero Departamental del Chocó; b) al Tesorero de la Intendencia de Arauca, y c) al Contador del Grupo de Caballería número 1 "Páez", según lo establece el Decreto legislativo número 2650 de 1954.
