º El Jefe de trabajos deberá permanecer al frente de la obra para ejecutar las instrucciones que reciba del Ingeniero Director, y la prestación satisfactoria del servicio del personal a su cargo; pondrá el es corriente a las listas de jornales, cuentas por materiales, etc.; tendrá bajo su responsabilidad Inmediata las herramientas, semovientes, etc., de los cuales prestará mensualmente al Ingeniero Director, junto con el informe sobre trabajos ejecutados, el inventario de aquellos elementos.
