Art. 98. Cuando los buques procedan de alguno de los puertos francos de la República, el aviso de que trata al artículo anterior deberá espresar que los bultos no vienan anotados en el sobordo ni en la factura. ( Disposicion del artículo 16 de la leu 105 de 1873).
