ARTICULO 3.1.3.0.5 .- AUTORIZACION PREVIA. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo 3.1.3.0.1. del presente estatuto, la autorización previa de la Superintendencia Bancaria será necesaria cuando se trate de la autorización inicial a una entidad aseguradora o de la correspondiente para la explotación de un nuevo ramo.
