Se revocará la libertad condicional concedida en caso de que el agraciado incurra por una nueva violación de la ley en pena privativa de la libertad y en tal caso sufrirá el reincidente la primera que se le impuso hasta su expiración, sin que se le compute el tiempo que duró libre, y sin que pueda luego obtener nuevamente este beneficio.

Cuando se termine el período de libertad condicional sin revocación se tiene por cumplida la condena para todos los efectos penales.
