Si las pruebas solicitadas oportunamente no se hubieren evacuado por algún impedimento ocurrido sin culpa del que las hubiere pedido, podrá el Senado, a solicitud de la misma parte, señalar otro día para la celebración de la audiencia.

ARTÍCULO 605. Antes de la celebración de la audiencia se entregarán a las partes los autos, hasta por seis días a cada una, para que formulen sus alegatos.
